Same Day/Weekend/Winter Delivery Fee (This is in addition to Regular Delivery Fee)

Add to weekend and same day deliveries. This is an additional fee meant for orders that are to be delivered on the same day they were placed as well as orders being delivered on a Saturday/Sunday.  This Fee is in addition to the local delivery costs.
